Dr. Tracy P. Washington is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with over 25 years of distinguished service, a visionary entrepreneur, dynamic motivational speaker, accomplished author, and dedicated assistant professor. His life and work are deeply rooted in an unwavering commitment to grassroots activism, particularly in advancing the cause of Black communities.

Dr. Washington's mission is to combat social injustices, dismantle negative stereotypes, and elevate the rich history, culture, and contributions of Black people worldwide. Guided by his favorite quote from Chairman Fred Hampton, "Words are Beautiful, but Actions are Supreme," Dr. Washington has devoted his post-military career to transforming his passion into tangible change. He is the CEO and Founder of the United Crowns Mobile Museum of Black History & Culture, the United Crowns Foundation, Inc. (a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization), and the United Crowns Collection (An online retail store). These platforms are designed to not only celebrate the strength, resilience, beauty, creativity, ingenuity, and greatness of Black communities but also to empower these communities to redefine their own narratives and futures.

Dr. Washington’s activism and leadership have earned him recognition on prominent media platforms, including the Good Morning Show (Fox News) in Greenville, SC, The Fan Club Show, Logan Power Show, The Wellness Architect Show, Black Wall Street/Greenville Show, and Warriors Talk Live. His expertise has also been showcased at numerous symposiums and conferences around the globe, where he has served as a keynote speaker and expert panelist on topics related to Black history and culture.

In addition to his entrepreneurial and motivational endeavors, Dr. Washington is a respected educator with a deep passion for teaching and higher learning. He is an Assistant Professor of Business and Healthcare Administration at Excelsior College (NY) and Schreiner University (TX), where he imparts his knowledge and experience to the next generation of leaders. Dr. Washington is also a co-author of "The Reality of Diversity, Gender, and Skin Color: From Living Room to Classroom" (2020), a literary work that has been adopted by graduate students at the University of Southern California’s School of Social Work, further cementing his influence in academia.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Washington is a devoted father to four remarkable children: Jamil (29), Malik (28), Andres (24) and "Princess" Mia (12), and a proud grandfather to two beautiful granddaughters: Eden (3) and Ruby (1). Originally from Albany, Georgia, he remains a passionate supporter of the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs. Dr. Washington enjoys spending quality time with his family, engaging in music, playing the piano, exploring photography, reading, painting, writing, traveling, and attending concerts and theater plays.

Dr. Washington’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, two Master of Science degrees in Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Healthcare from Central Michigan University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Argosy University.
